Apus Hotel - Nha Trang

Underwhelming experience with maintenance.

Well-maintained room and fresh breakfast.

The double room is brand-new with big wardrobe, balcony plus kettle. The breakfast is extensive and fresh made, offered with an omelette station...

I appreciated the spacious conference center and meeting rooms available, ideal for conducting business. The location of Apus is convenient for both business and leisure, nice for easy access to local attractions and amenities. The rooftop pool offered a great spot to relax after a day of meetings.

The breakfast selection was somewhat limited.

From skeptic to superfan

The staff elevated my experience! We enjoyed a spacious room with an very nice ocean view and a tasty buffet breakfast daily.

And the hallways felt dimly lit compared to the hotel's vibrant atmosphere.

View was amazing, breakfast was extensive, and beds were comfy. All of the staff was reasonably good and efficient. The hotel's position was good, short walk to the beach in Nha Trang, the sea front, and the restaurants, massages and shops. There was a beach restaurant nearby.

The shower had no pressure.

Rooftop pool was perfect for relaxation.

I stayed in a Family Room with Sea View and it was really comfy! The bed was nice and big, so I slept like a baby. The room was tidy and even had a great view. Only downside was the AC was a bit dated but it did the job. The rooftop pool was a nice touch too, although the sky bar was closed .

Hallways are dark and dingy!!! Wet tiled stairs leading to the pool create a dangerous situation!!! Room sizes differ greatly from online images!!!

Families will appreciate this

Breakfast was a real highlight! It had a lot of variety, perfect to start your day. I noticed there were so many shops and restaurants close by, made it really easy to explore without too much hassle.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but still acceptable.

I was almost persuaded to give a good review until the cold showers and the hotel's insistence on charging for early check-in ruined it. The bathroom flooded daily, leaving a lovely reminder of the unprofessionalism here. One would think a decent hotel would at least offer some complimentary gesture for all the inconvenience. Definitely not 4 stars!

The beautiful room had a work area and a balcony, perfect for my remote work. The location is great, with the beach and various shops just a short walk away. I really enjoyed the sauna, it was a lovely way to unwind after exploring. Breakfast was okay, enough to start the day, but could use more variety!

The room was spacious and clean. It had air conditioning, a balcony with a nice view, and tv. Loved the rooftop pool. Great. The gym had good equipment, a plus. Breakfast options were varied, and the staff made sure we had everything we needed.

The room had a beautiful partial sea view, clean sheets, and daily updates. The rooftop pool provided a nice spot to unwind. While the breakfast selection didn't appeal to me, the staff was responsive to our needs, promptly addressing room issues.
